Coriander (roasted), Cumin (roasted), Cloves, Cinnamon, Mace, Chili, Dry Mango, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cassia, Asafoetida, Kababchini, Dry Ginger & Black Salt, Tamarind, Amla, Green Chili.
USAGE
Boil potato and peas. Mash potato. Heat oil. Add mashed potato, peas, ginger and green chili paste and salt. Add Spirt of India – SAMOSA MASALA to your taste. Roast for 10-15 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix. Prepared samosa masala can be used into stuffed samosa, chapati, potato chop, bread toast. Serve with coriander and mint chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato sauce
